Debiasing for the airtime delays dataset. With an order of magnitude less average computational cost than GP-SVI, we are able to reproduce a comparable RMSE on $10^5$ randomly chosen test covariates. In particular, as in the previous GP example, 95$%$ error bars are computed over 20 repetitions.
